About ASMT

The Autism Society of Middle Tennessee (ASMT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting autism awareness and helping individuals in Middle Tennessee with autism, and their families, receive appropriate, effective services. Our mission is to enrich the lives and experiences of individuals on the autism spectrum, their families, and their surrounding community through support, advocacy, and education.

The Autism Society of Middle Tennessee was founded in 1997 to improve access to autism information and community resources, parent-professional collaboration, and social support for families of those with an autism spectrum disorder.

Currently, we serve more than 5,000 families, individuals and organizations in more than 40 counties in Middle Tennessee through referral, support, advocacy, public awareness and education. To learn more about ASMT and our services, please visit www.tnautism.org.
